Hello and a very warm welcome to the parish of Godalming!

We are a church family of all ages with a variety of life experiences, whose lives continue to be transformed through our faith in God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and by our friendships with one another. We have a common desire to express the unconditional love of Christ with all those we meet and we seek to do this through living out lives of service to Him and our local communities in the beautiful town of Godalming.

At times during the history of Christianity ways of being church have had to adapt to changes in the world around us, and the challenge of Covid-19 is such a change, being unprecedented in modern times. This pandemic has affected us all in some way or another. Yet God is at work in this new landscape, bringing transformation for the good as He heals, encourages and offers us hope for the present and the future.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11.

Here in Godalming our pastoral care for one another has been strengthened in practical and spiritual ways as we support and pray for one another, blessing all with our service. Our Sunday services in church, also continue to be available via Zoom, so that all who wish to attend may continue to be a valued and integral part of our churches’ community.

It is our prayer that this website will help you get an idea of who we are and what we can do to help you feel part of the family. We serve the people and communities of Godalming and our Sunday services incorporate both contemporary and traditional worship.

May we assure you of a very warm welcome should you wish to visit. We would love to meet you and help you find your place here as quickly and easily as possible. We pray that very soon you will feel able to be part of this church family, and join in with what God is calling us to be and do in Godalming.

We look forward to meeting you in person at one of our Sunday Services or online via Zoom.
