About Us
Our parish has two Anglican churches, St Peter and St Paul Church in the town centre, with St Mark’s Church and Community Centre in the Ockford Ridge and Aaron’s Hill area of Godalming. St Mark’s is a small, modern building dedicated in 1934, whilst in contrast the larger Parish Church has seen over 1,200 years of Christian ministry and worship. These buildings belong to the whole community, both those who live and those who work in Godalming.
If you come to visit or to join us you will find a group of ordinary people, a church family of all ages, from a whole range of backgrounds, yet with a common desire to express the unconditional love of Christ with all those we meet. We seek to do this through living out lives of service to Him and our local community in the beautiful town of Godalming.
May we assure you of a very warm welcome should you wish to visit. We hope very soon you’ll feel able to be part of this church family, and join in with what God is calling us to be and do in Godalming.
